Picturesque village in the region of Kavala. Built at the foot of Mount Paggaio, in an area with dense vegetation, it is a place of particular interest. Here you can admire remarkable samples of traditional Macedonian architecture, stone bridges, and churches, as well as the ruins of an ancient fortress. At the entrance of the village with the stone arched bridges, one of the most famous attractions of the area is the set of caves known as Virgin's Trypes.
