This bronze balsamarium (oil of perfume container named after the plant balsam) has the shape of Dionysus bust. Dionysus wears a nebris (fawnskin) that is fastened on the left shoulder with a buckle and is decorated by an engraved vineyard with grapes. On his head, he wears a wreath with fruits and ivy leaves. At the center of the wreath there is a ring-shaped case, probably for inserting a stone. The god’s bust rests on a base. There is a circular spout is on top of the god's head. The lid of the vessel is not preserved. Two wings overhanged around the spout, from which the handle is suspended.
