Author of a specialised lexicon: a dictionary of Platonic words (Λεξικόν περί των παρά Πλάτωνι λέξεων or Lexicon vocum Platonicarum). The work is organized alphabetically and was intended, as Timaeus explained in a letter, “to help the Romans and Greeks understand unclear words” used by the philosopher. Unfortunately, we have no reliable information about the man or his life, although he must have lived in the 3rd century.
