The old flour mill grinds memories
The Folklore Museum of Xylagani is housed in the old flour mill and was founded by the Cultural Club of the settlement. In its rooms the visitor can see the exhibits of the collection. These are costumes, ecclesiastical items, everyday utensils and tools, representative of the trades that flourished in the area. Tools and household utensils used in everyday life and in cottage industry. Most of the objects were brought by the refugees from their homelands, Eastern Rumelia and Eastern Thrace. The photographic material exhibited in the museum completes and complements the tour.
