Eurasian stone-curlew 

The Eurasian stone-curlew (latin Burhinus oedicnemus),  also known as Eurasian thick-knee, or simply stone-curlew,  is a fairly large wader. It occurs in Southern and Eastern Europe, Western and Southern Asia, and in East and Central Africa where it spends the winter. In Greece, it is a summer visitor, in coastal and wetland areas. In Thrace, it breeds in the Evros delta.
