Zarifios Pedagogical Academy 

The three-story building of Zarifios Pedagogical Academy houses the 1st Experimental Primary School of Alexandroupolis. It was built in 1923 with a donation by Georgios Zarifis, a Greek from Constantinople.

This newer monument is considered an important building both externally and internally and one of the few notable examples of old Architecture in Alexandroupolis. It also has great historical importance.
 
A statue of Zarifis is located in the courtyard.
