Megalithic tomb at Roussa

The megalithic tomb of Roussa

The megalithic tomb near the settlement of Roussa is a dolmen which consists of five large stone slabs. These megalithic tombs date to the 9th  and 8th century BC and they were used for the burial of the ashes of the dead after the cremation and offerings. A unique feature of these box-shaped tombs was the opening on one narrow side.
