The church is in the village of Panagia. Its construction began in 1831 by craftsmen from Kastoria. It is a 18 meter-high, majestic church, known for its icon of Panagia Pantoblepousa ("Virgin Mary who sees everything") of 1814, as well as a banner from the time of the Crusaders. The architecture of the church is basilica with a dome.
The church celebrates on 14 August. On this day, the women of the village cook koulbani (meat with wheat) and offer it to people after service.
