The monastery is 1,500 m form Perichora. Its history goes back to the 50s. The church of Agios Minas is a basilica. Its iconostasis is wood-carved with Byzantine representations.

The church is decorated with representations from the Old and New Testament. In the monastery there are relics of the five martyrs of Cappadocia, Efstratios, Afxentios, Eugenios, Mardarios and Orestes, and two large portable icons of Agios Minas.
