Located along the road that links the settlements of Adriani and Mavrommati, near Mitrikou lake, Nea Adriani Reservoir lake has been formed by the waters of river Lissos. It is a freshwater reservoir for the irrigation of the areas, with a strong presence of birdlife. The lake is part of the National Park of East Macedonia and Thrace. It is of interest for ecotourism and agritourism - especially in spring.
