Boreas seizing Oreithyia

Apulian red-figured volute-krater by the Lycurgus Painter, 350-340 π.Χ. Boreas is seizing Oreithyia in the center of the scene. There is an altar next to them. On the right, the aged priestess flees, dropping the temple key. Below is a Papposilenos, suggesting that the scene was inspired maybe by a satyr play.
