Tsibritsa

Tsibritsa is a dish of the Pomak cuisine, usually served as an appetizer. It is a kind of dip with feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and Florina peppers, that is, the deep red-colored variety of peppers with the shape of a cow's horn that are cultivated in the northern Greek region of Western Macedonia and specifically in the wider area of Florina.
