The ancient masterpieces  of Evros in a modern Museum

The Archaeological Museum of Alexandroupolis includes archeological finds from the wider area of ​​Evros dating from prehistoric to Roman times. The exhibits are divided into three sections:

• the  coastal zone,
• the hinterland from Ardas river to Evros,
• and the burial mounds of the plain of Evros.

Rich visual material such as photographs, drawings, videos and multimedia help visitors on their tour.
