A church built in Karkatsilia of Soufli, next to Niki square. It is made of stone and, according to an inscription, on the outside of the sanctuary, the church was finished in 1848. Its iconostasis was built by Stratis Keledouris, a famous craftsman from Eastern Thrace.

To enter the main temple, the visitor must go down three stairs. In the bell tower there is the marble relief figure of Spyridon Stogiannos, priest of the church for more than 30 years.
