Village in the regional unit of Drama, built on the slopes of Mount Menoikio. Its name means "good spring". Northeast of the village there is a district with late-19th century traditional farmhouses and the three-aisled wooden-roofed basilica of Agios Nikolaos. Today, the village has a lot of vineyards. Among them, visitors can see a probable sanctuary of Dionysus. In early January, the local events of Babougera take place (between 6-8 January).
