The Stavroupolis Railway Station was inaugurated in 1900 and is located in the settlement of the same name. It belongs to the Thessaloniki-Alexandroupolis line, which is the central railway artery of Northern Greece. It is located between the stations of Paranesti (towards Thessaloniki), Neochori (towards Athens), Toxotes (towards Dikaia) and Komotini (towards Alexandroupolis).
