The Komotini Railway Station was inaugurated in 1900 and is located on the outskirts of the settlement, at 51 Panagi Tsaldari Street. It belongs to the Thessaloniki-Alexandroupolis line, which is the central railway artery of Northern Greece. It is located between the stations of Xanthi (towards Thessaloniki), Polyanthos (towards Athens), Venna (towards Alexandroupolis) and Sykorrachi (towards Dikaia).
