Orpheus is playing lyre, surrounded by wild and tame animals 

On a relief of a table support (trapezophoron), Orpheus is depicted playing the lyre while seated. He is surrounded by wild and tame animals, which he charms with his music. The sculpture is considered an extremely rare find.It is one of the three known well-preserved table supports having this scene. In Christian art, the figure of Orpheus is symbolic and an allegory of Christ.
