Plant found mainly in the Rhodope Mountains among other areas. It is used to prepare the hot drink, which also has therapeutic properties, since it fights indigestion, the flu and colds, reduces fever and limits inflammation, while stimulating the immune system. Its alternate name "sideritis" (i.e. iron) was given due to these properties.
