A mansion next to the Byzantine walls of Komotini
Built during the last years of the Ottoman occupation, the neoclassical mansion of Venizelos Street is a jewel for the city of Komotini. For its architectural and decorative elements, it was rightly declared a monument of cultural heritage.
Today it operates as a restaurant and belongs to the members of the Association of Historical Cafes of Europe. It often hosts book presentations, music nights and other events.
