Greek and International Student Competition Program and Cultural Organization in Drama. Every September, it organizes the presentation of films by Greek and foreign creators. It was founded in 1978 and since 1996 it is a Municipal enterprise with the aim of promoting and disseminating the art of cinema and especially of short film in Greece and abroad.
The program of the festival includes, in addition to the screening of Greek and foreign short films, film tributes, seminars, lectures, exhibitions of music concerts, theatrical performances and more.
