The Soufli Railway Station is located on the southern border of the settlement of the same name. It belongs to the local line port of Alexandroupolis-Dikaion. It is located between Kornofolia and Mandra stations.

The station building, like the rest of the Alexandroupolis-Dikaion railway network, is made of glass-brick construction and covered with wooden cladding.
