The legacy soup of Pontus: ideal for cold winter nights!
Tonosour is a soup originating from Pontus. It is traditionally made with cork, that is, peeled and coarsely ground or coarsely chopped wheat. After the wheat is boiled, we add tan, i.e., watery yogurt from which all the fats have been removed (watery creamy yogurt). It is served with oregano and pepper.
