Kallithea - Treis Vryses is a forest area of unique beauty in the regional unit of Evros, located at the west of Dadia forest. The area is characterized by diverse and rich flora and fauna, whereas, the agroforestry landscapes are of great interest. It is a designated Natura 2000 area, with a wildlife refuge.
