Didymoteicho Railway Station is located to the east of the settlement of the same name. It belongs to the local line of the port of Alexandroupolis-Dikaion. It is located between Amorio and Prangio stations.

The station building, like the rest of the Alexandroupolis-Dikaion railway network, is made of glass-brick construction and covered with wooden cladding.

The station master's residence, the warehouse and the station canteen are classified as works of art.
