Dog Rose 

Dog rose (lat. Rosa canina) is a perennial shrub with thorns and pink or white flowers. It is widespread throughout Greece; it grows on slopes, in forest glades, in sunny areas, in ravines, or by streams and rivers.

Its flowers and fruits can be used for pastries, jams, syrups, and even for drinks, rose honey, and more. It is also considered to have healing properties.
