Saint Maximos Kausokalyvis Monastery 

Monastery, 18 km away from the city of Komotini, in the mountain range of Rodopi, on mount Papikio. It was built in the 1980s and inaugurated in 1999. The landscape is wonderful and the view towards the plain of Komotini unique.
