Villages in the regional units of Xanthi, Rodopi, and Evros with a Pomak population. Due to the mountainous nature of the area, the Pomak villages are quite isolated. As a result, they have preserved the traditional architecture of the houses and their unique culture. The hospitable residents are primarily engaged in tobacco cultivation, particularly the Basma variety.
