Common sandpiper 

The common sandpiper (lat. Actitis hypoleucos) is a small wading bird. It occurs in regions of Europe and Asia with a temperate climate. However, it migrates to Africa, southern Asia, and Australia where it spends its winter. It prefers wetlands and stream banks. It is a keen swimmer.
